While this is definitely not a complete list, it’s a place to start when it comes to feeling a little better with each day.
The problem with a lot of packaged, processed foods are that they contain - flavorings, colorings, preservatives, pesticides, additives, food modifiers (even the added color in a lot of pharmaceuticals + medications!) - which can all be very damaging to the delicate infrastructure of the small intestine which does most of the work when it comes to assimilating the nutrition from our food.
Our bodies struggle to recognize these foreign substances & break them down and if we cannot digest and absorb our food properly, we will not have the access to the nutrients we need to be able to function properly & have the vital energy essential for optimal daily Performance.
As with taking on any health change, start small, be patient with yourself, and see if there’s an opportunity to try even one of these - for a day, then maybe a few days, then a week, then maybe longer - and take note of any of the differences you feel.
Life is always moving & changing & healing is ALWAYS happening within our bodies & it’s never too late to help it a long.
To be continued...
We will be expanding on each of these & reach out to us for any questions or specific topics to cover!
