The foundation of my personal fitness journey began with dance and running track; and has taken me from CA, to Peru, Argentina, Brazil, and eventually to NYC - where I have now coached thousands of group fitness classes and trained hundreds of clients over the past 7 years.
My focus and passion in the fitness industry shifted when I was introduced to weights + strength training + functional movement + mindfulness; falling in love with feeling both mentally + physically stronger, and knowing I wanted to support others in doing the same.
I am committed to helping people fuel their instinctual desire to take care of themselves and thrive while developing their own skills + strengths, not only in fitness and training, but in all aspects of their lives.
Bilingual English + Spanish and conversational in Portuguese with 4 years of international work experience and relationship-building in local communities as well as coaching & instructing in Spanish.
